welcome to my round up of 2015
some how this year has zoomed past but ive put together some of my favourite moments
the whole plan of the blog was to do a chart style countdown but my top 5 shows i really cant say which goes at number one.
Lets go back towards the start of the year with our visit to Assassins at the Menier Chocolate Factory. We started our afternoon with a trip to The Shard and were lucky to catch one of the most stunning sunsets ive ever seen over London
After an amazing couple of hours visiting The Shard which i completely recommend for anyone if your in the area we made our way to the show.
The Menier Chocolate Factory is an incredible venue from the restaurant at the front to the show space where Assassins took place. From the moment you entered you were given an air of what's going to happen next. The show itself was incredible from start to finish and the whole cast worked so well together .
Next up for me was Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Miss Saigon. Both shows for me were first visits this year and I loved both of them. From the moment you walked in to the Theatre Royal for Charlie you were given an air of fun and also the smell of Chocolate which I thought was a great touch. The show itself was visually brilliant with all the set changes and I loved it from start to finish.
Miss Saigon was a big one for me this year, I'd heard so much about it and had wanted to see it for a long time and it didn't let me down.
If you get to see the show before it leaves the west end it's completely worth it and will pull at the emotions but it's something that has to be seen.
Our first visit was to one of my all time favourite shows Avenue Q
We were given the chance for a meet and great with The Bad Idea bears which Laura will back me up on was the complete highlight of the night knowing how much of a fan I am of the show
Last up for me is Thriller Live
We were given the chance to come and review the show for its relaunch this year. The cast are amazing and pull off an incredible show every night and the energy each evening is amazing and well worth a visit. Guarantee you will leave with a smile on your face and be looking to book your next visit
Lastly I'd like to say a massive thank you to Laura. We came up with the idea of the blog site earlier in the year and I'm so proud of all we have managed to accomplish this year with all the work we've put in together.
We've got a lot already to book for 2016 so please do keep checking back for more
Thanks for reading and hope you all have a great Christmas
