Amelie the Musical

Amélie the Musical

Criterion Theatre

Currently showing at the Criterion Theatre in Piccadilly Circus Amélie tells the story of how she brings different acts of kindness into peoples lives.

As the story develops in the show you follow how she finds happiness and what she will have to risk on the way.

The music throughout the show was really good and the cast were perfect in their roles. I have to give a special nod to Audrey Brisson who was brilliant as Amélie.

The stage is very cleverly used to tell the story with different set changes through out the show.

On the day you are sent your ticket through via text which you need to present on arrival. You are encouraged to wear masks through out the show as well. The audience is managed well with movement around the theatre both with attending the bar and also movement to get to your seats. I will say on a side note I did book a seat with a restricted view which I initially thought was the over hang of the balcony but it turned out to be that and a support beam as well. It wasn't stated on my ticket so it maybe worth checking on booking what the restriction is.

If you haven't booked tickets yet check out the official website here for more information -
